Jayne Williams

CEO

An accomplished and recognised leader within healthcare, Jayne has vast experience spanning across both private and public sectors, as well as within the pharmaceutical industry. Having worked in large global organisations, start-ups and SMEs Jayne’s knowledge, strategic capability and transformational leadership delivers critical milestones for the business. Jayne is passionate about developing her people and has a particular passion for empowering women in business and as such mentors’ other women to support their aspirations and progression. Having started her career as a nurse Jayne has a deep understanding of both the clinical and patients’ needs, this attribute helps to balance both clinical and commercial drivers to consistently deliver best patient outcomes.

Appointed as CEO in July 2022, initially driving an extensive change management and restructure at 152 Harley Street. As part of a five-year plan to drive growth and future-proof the organisation by developing critical areas of the business and ensure excellence as standard within all we do. Having now embedded a talented senior management team, the group are best placed to lead the organisation and as such have already seen significant growth year on year, as well as a very successful CQC inspection.

Daniel Ezra

Medical Director

Professor Daniel Ezra an internationally recognised authority on oculoplastic surgery, in addition as Medical Director at 152 Harley Street, his expertise and experience ensures we consistently deliver excellence in patient care, governance and compliance spanning across all clinical areas and regulatory bodies. Daniel is a lead consultant at Moorfields Eye Hospital and UCH. Whilst at Moorfields he has held several senior roles including Training Director, Research lead and Head of Department for Oculoplastics. After initial experience in Neurology and Neurosurgery, Daniel undertook higher surgical training at Moorfields Eye Hospital. His subspecialist expertise in functional and aesthetic surgery was developed over several years through advanced subspecialty training at Moorfields Eye Hospital and as an Interface Fellow in Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery in Nottingham. Daniel graduated from Cambridge and London Universities with degrees in Medicine and the History and Philosophy of Science, winning several prizes and awards.

Ioannis Goutos

Clinical Director

Ioannis has been part of the clinical team at the London Scar Clinic/152 Harley Street since 2017.  He took over the Clinical Directorship within the organisation in August 2023 and forms part of the executive team.  His role revolves around optimising patient care pathways and helping with the strategic expansion of services.  Ioannis also holds a senior academic position with Queen Mary University of London directing a suite of postgraduate programmes as well as pursuing research interests in the field of plastic surgery, burns and scarring.

Linda Buckley

Director of Clinical Services

Linda has been a member of the team for over four years. Linda trained as an RN in Ireland and transitioned into management during her career. Linda is highly qualified and has extensive experience in plastic and cosmetic surgery having worked in London, Sydney and New York for over 25 years in this field. Linda is a focused and motivated manager with exceptional leadership skills and vast experience in theatre planning development. Trained, and having worked within the private healthcare system, Linda is used to working as part of a high performing team. Linda offers a unique combination of highly specialised medical knowledge, great people management skills and the organisational skills needed to run an operational successful clinic.

Kevin Anderson

Director of Sales & Marketing

Kevin joined 152 Harley Street in September 2022 and is an integral part of the leadership team. He leads Sales & Marketing with the priority on growth and patient outcomes. Kevin has over 25 years’ commercial experience, primarily within the Public / Private Health & Wellbeing sectors. Prior to joining 152 Harley Street, Kevin held leadership roles at NHS Blood & Transplant, Tunstall Healthcare and Westfield Health. Kevin has an MBA in International Business from the University of Birmingham and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. 

Sam Beechinor

Head of Operations

Sam joined the team with an extensive and varied background in Operations and Medical Practice Management  spanning over a decade, which included time spent as a practicing Sports Therapist. Sam’s work experience spans across roles at Pure Sports Medicine, London Doctors Clinic and Charlton Athletic Football Club. Operational efficiency with a patient-centred approach is what he and his team strive to champion every day, ensuring that each patient journey is seamless and attentive.

Maralyn Kitchingman

Head of HR

Maralyn Kitchingman

Maralyn joined 152 Harley Street in September 2022 as Head of People with responsibility for all people related aspects including driving the people strategy.  Maralyn has over 25 years’ experience working as a HR professional.  Prior to joining 152 Harley Street,  Maralyn started her HR career within the food retail industry and latterly worked within the automotive sector as a senior executive directing the overall activities of HR, Payroll and Internal Communications both strategically and operationally. Maralyn is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Sullymaan Ahmed

Head of Finance

Sulaymaan commenced his role at 152 Harley Street in September 2021 and quickly became a crucial member of the Senior Management team. As Head of Finance, Sulaymaan oversees the end-to-end finance operation, as well as maintaining the financial health and ensuring viability. Sulaymaan has over seven years commercial and finance experience, and prior to joining 152 Harley Street, Sulaymaan worked for OSD Healthcare in their Finance team. Sulaymaan holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance and is a student of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
