"Deciding to have a breast reduction was a big decision for me but I am so thrilled I did, it’s a life changer for me. From picking up the phone to arrange to have a consultation to the aftercare has been a total breeze and I have felt so comfortable throughout my journey. That was down to all the staff but mainly Mr Gateley. From the minute I met him, he made me feel comfortable and I knew I was in safe & capable hands.The day of the operation was easy and stress free. Again, all the staff put my mind at ease and before I knew it, I had small boobs! Just 1 night in hospital which was like a hotel, I literally had no pain and didn’t even need painkillers after day 2! Then the aftercare was just fantastic. Mr Gateley took great care of me for the next few weeks until he saw fit to sign me off, and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend him to anyone as not is he only a great surgeon, he is funny, caring and always smiling. "
